| Concert presentation of an opera in progress by composer Mark Zuckerman and poet David Herrstrom exploring the tension among characters in the biblical story of David and Saul. Andrew Cyr conducts in a presentation sponsored by the Roosevelt Arts Project with the support and cooperation of the Rutgers Department of Music and with grants from the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation and the Edward T. Cone Foundation. Act I was presented in concert form by the Rutgers Opera Workshop in 2006. |
