Henry’s Wife (2000-10), opera. Text by Alexis Bernier. For four singers and chamber orchestra. Piano-vocal workshop at the Center for Contemporary Opera in 2009. Excerpts performed at the Virginia Arts Festival in 2005, at American Opera Projects in 2004, and at Tapestry New Opera Works (Toronto) in 2001 and 2000. Duration: 1 hour, 15 minutes.
Florida (1997-2006), opera. Text by Donna DiNovelli. For seven singers and 17 instruments. Produced in 2006 at Lyric Opera Cleveland. Excerpts performed in 2002 with full orchestra by New York City Opera as part of the VOX festival, and at the Public Theater as part of the New Work Now! festival. Duration: 2 hours, 20 minutes.
