| My piece CHORALE AND FIDDLE TUNE was performed by the Pittsburgh Symphony orchestra under conductor Fawzi Naimor during their AUDIENCE OF THE FUTURE concert. CHORALE AND FIDDLE TUNE was the winner of the AUDIENCE OF THE FUTURE Composition Contest, which was judged by a committee of high school students from the greater Pittsburgh area. The students also programmed the other pieces on the concert, which came from standard repertoire. |
