Just Outside Rochester, Vermont
Robert Cucinotta
About this work:
Instead of working with various periodic wave forms, such as sine or sawtooth waves, the composer chose to limit himselft to white noise as his basic sound source. One result can be perceived as expanding and contracting tone bands or sound masses. Realized at the Brooklyn College Electronic Music Studio when the composer was studying with Jacob Druckman.
