About this work:
Toot Suite is written for a brass quintet in five short movements.
Fanfare: themeatic material is born from a combination of quartal and tertial harmonies.
An OK Choral: although labled in the key of Db major It moves abot until it ends in Bb major.
Pocito Mexicana: reflects the style of the Mariachi band and the spirit of the Mexican Fiesta. The meter alternates between 3/4 and 6/8.
Nostalgia:is a simple, but lyrical and flowing melody with warm harmonies.
Surprise March: a short march with a repeat in a jazzy style.
