This string quartet departs from the traditional instrumentation two violins, viola, and cello. Violinist, Kevin Lawrence, Violist, Sally Peck, Cellist, Beth Vanderborgh, and Bassist, Lynn Peters gave the world premiere at the North Carolina School of the Arts, February 3, 2007, and the New York City premiere at Steinway Hall, March 6, 2007.
