About this work:
Reckoning is a graphic based, open form score created with the intention of challenging the idea of preconception with regard to improvisation.
The piece can be performed by any number of players with any instrumentation and the score is designed to allow much freedom in conception and execution.
"Reckoning" also lends itself to the possibility of theatrical interpretation.
"Reckoning was premiered in Argentina by Klangensamble in October of 2007.
This score may be downloaded and performed free of charge, however the composer must be notified and given due credit in connection with any performance. Recordings of "Reckoning" may not be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of the composer.
