About this work:
Squeeze Play is a one-minute work that uses KYMA X to analyze and resynthesize a short sample from an old rock band of the composer. The amplitude of the resynthesis is mapped onto its own timeline. the result is a computer struggling to find an equilibrium as it encounters changing amplitudes while scrubbing along the timeline.
