Cat Dances

About this work: These three dances were written over several years, and recomposed as a set for recorders, strings or saxes. Short and dancy but very tricky to count, these dances invite a good look at the music from the audience after they're played. The first was composed for Dashuki Music Theatre and the last for the Vermont Symphony Wind Trio. All have been played many times; the mp3 files are a string version, an e-demo, and a string version respectively.
