Colorful arrangements for band of Schubert's Ecossaises for Piano. The compositions by Schubert were originally intended for social dancing. They are melodic, light-hearted and upbeat. Performed several times in the 1960's and 1970's in Central Park by the Goldman Band and on Long Island by the American Concert Band.
