Movement 1 - Humoresque Aa syncopated moderately fast beat dominates this dance-like movement as does a mix of instrumental and electronic sounds; energy level same thruout, and casual ending. Movement 2 - Andante A moderately slow beat persits thruout this movement; timbrally it is an electronic sound mix. Against it are a constantly changing series of slow melodies; at times the beat is heavy; but the ending is soft. Movement 3 - Allegro A relentless serious of fast running notes and chords persists thruout this movement. Against it are fragmentary notes and chords. The fast notes constantly vary in timbre. Movement 4 - Andante A slow moving lyric chamber piece thruout with quiet ending.
