Movement 1 - Check Point. Portrays musically the fear and apprehension of traveling thru war involved countries and arriving at "check points". There are many different sections and various miniclimaxes. Movement 2 - The Desert Night Sky. A musical portrait of the many aspects of the indicated sky; all are in slow tempo. Movement 3 - Insurrgency, A work of considerabe energy, in many different contrasting sections, but ending quietly.
