Symphony 712 in 3 Movements

Franklin Morris

About this work:
Movement 1 - Musette. A light piece for small orchestra in roughly three part form, where the middle part has increased activity over the first and the last. Moment 2 - Latin Rhythms. A very active and fast pice thruouts with a few climactic moments, ending loudly. Movement 3 - Blues, Jig, and Chorale. A piece in three separate parts: The first is largely a brass melodic line against a slow sling bacground; the second has a rapid staccato texture; and the last adds a chorus to the first two elements, and ends quietly
