About this work:
Movement 1 - Protest March. In the sections following the opening march, the protestations become more vigorous towards a sudden end. Movement 2 - The Human Side. This illustrates the human side of what the protests are about. The music is more lyric and gentle with a few miniclimaxes. Movement 3 - Victory Jubilation. Following the protest, there is a celebration of its success, with a multi- sectioned piece including voices and dancing.
