Movement 1 - December Overture. A moderate tempoed movement in rather light style and regular beat with a stern , loud ending. Movement 2 - January Poem. Mainly a slow instrumental background decorated by electronic sounds depicting the weather that January brings. Movement 3 - An Affair of State. A martial aggressive thematic movement that would go well as backgrond for what the stitle suggests.
