About this work:
Movement 1 - A Small Town Day. A musical description, via instrumental and electronic sounds, of the several diverse activities that might occur in a typical small town. Movement 2 - Intro and Jazz Session. After a lengthy and lightly orchestrated, but rhythmically active and diversee first section, a second and final sectiion, becomes much more jazz oriented and heavily orchestrated, bringing the work to a loud ending. Movement 3 - A Persistent Sadness. This slow movement brings into constant contrast tow type of texture, the legato and staccato.
