Suite for Violin and Piano

About this work:
The suite is in four movements. In the first, the violin weaves a melody through a bright mosaic of upper register piano tones. In the second movement the two instruments lightly toss rhythm figures back and forth. The third movement is calm, spacious, lyrical. In the fourth movement the violin and piano flow across the terrain in separate but synchronized streams of sound.
