Movement 1 - Coastal Town. Musical depiction of an imaginary town of the title, by a small orchestra in contrasting sections, using a few electronic sounds, and having a quiet ending. Movement 2 - Hard Hitting. Moderately fast mix of instrumental and electronic sounds, in contrasting sections, ending loudly. Movement 3 - Hi Color Blues. Slow movement with sustained instrumental and electronic sounds, with occasional energy bursts, but ending quietly.
