About this work:
Movement 1 - Andante. Very memorable first section motive recurrng in variation thruout. Some animation, but quiet ending. Movement 2 - Allegro. Loud, aggressive first section, contiuing other sections, but return of first for loud ending. Movement 3 - Andante. Melodic, expressive first section, contrasting rhythmic middle sectiion, return of first and qjiet ending. Movement 4 - Scherzo. Full orchestra fast opening section, later constrasting sectiions, dramatic, with more activity, final loud ending.
