About this work:
Movement 1 - Allegro. The loud opening intro leads immediately to the main theme and later to subordinate themes. The opening material then reutrns too lead to a climactic ending. Movement 2 - Andante. Begins with softe choral and strings texture, adds motiion to small climax, then subsides to quiet end. Movement 3 - Allegro. Opens with same material as first movement, but develops this to climax and final end.
