Movement 1 - Intro and Allegro. The intro is slow and intrudes later into the allegro, but the movement ends quietly. Movement 2 - Music for a Travelogue. The music is of varying tempos and styles, as befits the title, but ends loudly. Movement 3 - Interrupted Meditation. The mesditation is slow, the interruptions by choir and others are generally loud and fast. The ending is loud.
