Gassho Meditation is guided instruction for meditation with narration by reiki master Ginny Mackles, the music that accompanies Gassho Meditation is a variant of a Gerald Starlight composition Moon Over Lily Pond in which Starlight performs on shakuhachi. *The music portion of this work was originally recorded by Max Tausend and later re-recorded, edited and re-mixed by Wayne Warnecke for The Reiki Journey CD/album. This selection features a repetitive single melody line using the technique called 'looping', while accompanying Ginny Mackles narrative instruction.
