18 minutes, in four movements. Composed for ensemble Eighth Blackbird, this work is being performed by them throughout the 2001-2003 seasons. Part of the evening-length collaborative work "di/verge" by the Minimum Security Composers Collective, "In Another Man's Skin" stands alone as a series of four variations on a Beatles song. Scored for standard Pierrot ensemble plus percussion, its percussion is limited to marimba, two crotales, and triangle. The flutist doubles on piccolo.
