About this work:
Long and haunting melodies make this a showpiece for a virtuoso violinist. Emotional and dark, it was written as part of the score for A CHRISTMAS CAROL, adapted and directed by Joan Schirle, produced by the San Diego Repertory Theatre, Sam Woodhouse, Artistic Director. It was recorded by Nuvi Mehta of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra. It received a nomination for BEST SCORE by Backstage Magazine's "Garland Awards", for the best in west coast theatre, 2000.
