About this work:
"Hommage" for piano 4-hands is dedicated to Darius Milhaud, my esteemed colleague during my first stint teaching at Mills College. The music has some of the playfulness of the French master's work, and the saxophone solo of "La Creation du Monde" lurks below the surface at one point. The work is recorded on Capstone CPS 8619
