A long uninterupted hallucinatory trip - all three instruments play independently (metrically) but follow the same beat. Commissioned by Aki Takahashi. First Performance: Evenings for New Music, Albright Knox Gallery, Buffalo, 1981. Awarded First Selection by international jury, World Music Days, Graz 1982 "It is made up nicely just like the ocean is made up of many patterns of sounds, which is sometimes increasing or sometimes decreasing, is very beautiful - just like the designs on a Persian carpet.
