Original music recorded by members of The San Diego Symphony in a circus adaptation of the play. Nominated for BEST SCORE, Backstage Magazine's "Garland Award", 2000. Directed and adapted by Joan Schirle, whose simple idea was that Scrooge could have owned a circus (instead of an acounting firm) and filled the stage with circus performers. Produced by The San Diego Repertory Theatre, Sam Woodhouse artistic director, for two consecutive seasons, 2000 and 2001.
