This colorful, one-movement concert work explores different styles and techniques from avant-gard to gospel to ragtime to neo-classical. It kept the audience at the premiere awake and enrapt. It was written for Joan DeVee Dixon and the Chamberlain Trio, and premiered by them at Frostburg State University (MD) September 22, 2001. Published in 2005 by MMB Music (St. Louis).
