Text from the Anne Bronte poem "Lines Composed In A Wood On A Windy Day." This SATB setting has divisi in the S & B parts, and evokes the feeing of walking through a forest on a windy day in autumn. It was commissioned by the Washington Park High School Concert Choir of Racine, WI, and was premiered on November 10, 2005.
