Original music for the Acting Company's national tour of the play. In this production Rennaisance meets Rock -- and the Electric Guitar. Set in the 17th Century and dressed with a contemporary edge -- lots of leather and sword fighting. Music influenced by Frescobaldi & Lully -- as well as Jimi Hendrix & Santana.

Instrumentation notes: In the opening (Trk1) Cello soloist Frances Rowell of the New Jersey Symphony accompanies a solitary swordsman as he practices his fencing. Trk3 sets the London Court. Trk4 is a silly dance for the King of France. Trk5 & Trk6 attempts to capture the heroism of the Musketeers.
