About this work:
Margun Music (Schirmer); a virtuosic work in three movements: 1) Chaconne, 2) Interlude, and 3) Finale. The premiere was given by Karen Phillips at Carnegie Reciatl Hall; as an International Jury selection in the 1984 World Music Days, it was given its Canadian premiere by Douglas Perry in Toronto. The Interlude is mobile in structure with the succession of components selected by the performer ("circle" music).
