Animalogy

Adrienne Albert

About this work:
Commissioned through a grant from the NEA and the American Composers Forum for the Continental Harmony Project in Alaska, Animalogy is a fun, lighthearted romp which is wonderful for programs in the schools as well as for concert audiences. Animalogy won the Aeros Competition and was performed at Carnegie Hall's Zankel Hall in 2008. It was premiered in the woods of Alaska, and has been performed in church chapels, concert halls and small halls. Great opportunity to clown around and improvise.
