About this work:
Sequoia Quintet is a work in three movements for flute (picc.), oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon. The movements are: I. Toybox Symphony II. From Away III. I was a serious young man. The work was composed for the wind faculty of the Sequoia Chamber Music Festival at Humboldt State University, Arcata, California. It received its premiere performance in June, 2006.
