About this work:
American Composers Alliance (www.composers.com); a setting of Shelley's poem "Lines." Originally written in 1981 and premiered by the Canticum Novum Singers under Harold Rosenbaum, the 2005 reworking oif the accompaniment led to its premiere by the New York Virtuoso Singers, again under Harold Rosembaum. The music reflects both the bleakness and the beauty of the winter landscape and the loss of a loved one.
