Castile
George Spicka
About this work:
Named for the historic region in Spain, "Castile" is a lively and fun Latin piece with trombone and tenor saxophone solos. Of course, other instruments can be used and the solo length can be adjusted. Rather then a drum set, the hypnotic groove is provided via five percussion instruments, along with piano and an electric bass with an octave divider effects.
