With NARRATOR. Uses Icelandic poetry: Myth and History. The Beginning is a 'landscape painting' of Iceland - with Glacier, ocean and volcanic undercurrent. Vast dramatic canvas : listener's enter ocean and experience 'Aegir' - God of the sea, weather a tempest, battle a sea serpent - the ending is beautific and peaceful 'as the new earth rises from the ocean'. Also symbolic of the personal journey.
