Tyler Harrison has composed and performed his own works in the United States and abroad, including performances in Montana, Oregon, New York, Los Angeles, and Paris, France. Recent performances include the premiere of his cello concerto, Nomine, in May of 2010 in Los Angeles, and the premiere of his orchestral piece, Train of Thought, by the Manhattan School of Music Philharmonia with David Gilbert conducting. Tyler Harrison holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Montana and a Master of Music degree from Manhattan School of Music. His teachers include Charles Nichols, J. Mark Stambaugh, Susan Botti, and David Maslanka.
